I had a disappointing experience with James at O’Reilly’s Auto Parts. During my visit, I found him to be unprofessional and rude in the way he spoke to me. I felt that my questions were dismissed rather than answered, and the interaction left me feeling unwelcome as a customer. Customer service is important, and unfortunately this experience did not meet my expectations

The manager helped us with a check engine light. We were 4 hours into our road trip when it came on. He was very informative, friendly and helpful. We were able to continue our trip instead of going home.

I was there today with an air pressure problem. Chris was very helpful, came right out and checked the pressure and put all my tires to the same psi. I am very grateful for his help. He was courteous, and even listened to me babble on! I will go back there for future issues that I may have.
